EATING
- Regular meals with recommended balance of carbohydrates, proteins, fruits, and veggies.
- Take multivitamin every morning
- Limit sugar & caffeine intake
- No alcohol or other substances

SLEEPING
- Regular sleep/wake cycle
- Develop a ritual before bedtime
- Practice relaxation and other sleep strategies

ACTIVITY
- Go outside every day
- Exercise aerobically at least once per week for 20+ minutes
